This is for the 2018/2019 school year.  

QCUSD will accept applications for Substitute Teachers on an ongoing basis.

Provide instruction to students based on lesson plans in the absence of classroom teacher. Applicant should be able to improvise as needed.

 
Qualifications and online application requirements:

* Applicants must hold an Arizona Teaching Certificate or Substitute Teaching Certificate;

* AZ State IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card and;

* 3 letters of recommendation.

We require three references be added to your online application, please add email addresses for each reference added in order for the reference check to be forwarded to them.

Copies of all above listed documents must be attached to the online application at time of submission.
Incomplete applications will be closed after 30 days of receipt.

Salary Schedule for Substitutes:

$100 per full day, $50 per half day

$85 per full day, $42.50 per half day (if covering as a Substitute Special Ed Aide)

Long Term Assignments:

$130 per full day with Substitute or Teacher Certificate (starting on the 21st consecutive day)
